Office based
8am - 5pm
£28-30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Must have a strong background within Social Housing/Maintenance
Planner / Scheduler Responsibilities:
1. Managing calls on system
2. Managing operatives diaries
3. General administration
4. Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
5. Ensure trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
6. Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client
7. Document Control - Ensure worksheets are received and checked
8. Work towards individual and client KPI's
9. Deal with council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential and emergency property maintenance works
10. Tracking and monitoring to completion
11. Liaison with in-house and 3rd party engineers and tradesmen and council operatives to plan appointments, materials and logistics and reorganising of schedules
12. Organisation of external supply companies
13. Ensuring all trades are readied and present on-site and works completed in-line with committed client completion dates
14. Be able to work in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
