The Schedulers are the first point of contact for Care at Home workers. The Scheduler is customer focused and will be part of a fast moving, challenging environment. The Person Care at Home schedulers, should demonstrate a good standard of literacy and numeracy skills, and be willing to undergo all the appropriate in house training. You should be able to problem solve and respond sensitively and flexibly to practical situations. Experience of IT systems and excellent all round computer knowledge and understand service provision in a Community Care environment. The applicant should be able to deal with multiple tasks and work under pressure. The Care at Home scheduling team work 365 days per year. Training for new full-time and part-time staff will be Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00.
