Care Home Assistant Manager Salary: Competitive Location: Ivybank Care Home, Ivy Bank Park, Bath BA2 5NF Hours: Full Time (40 Hours) We are looking for a Non-Clinical Care Home Assistant Manager with strong management skills to join our team at Ivybank Care Home, Bath The key responsibilities of the Assistant Manager is to oversee all aspects of care. You will provide inspiring leadership and development of the care teams ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager: Developing, promoting and maintaining high standards of care, medications management and services, where residents are safe and well protected. Leading the home’s quality control systems and coaching staff to ensure quality standards are met and staff are engaged in this area, and practice transparency. Supporting the Manager in developing and managing effectively and efficiently the financial, human and material resources. Inspiring leadership and motivation of the staff team, and the wider team, supporting the Manager to foster a positive culture where individuals are supported to achieve their best.
