Salary: £99,532 to £131,964 per annum, dependant on experience

Person Specification
1. Must have full GMC registration
2. Must be Section 12 approved
3. Must have previous NHS experience at either Speciality Doctor or Consultant level

Main Duties/Responsibilities
As a Consultant Psychiatrist for CAMHS, you will:
17. Provide treatment for families, children and adolescents, tailored to individual needs in a multi-disciplinary setting.
18. Assess families, children and adolescents who present with a mental heath issue and have a learning disability aged 5 to 18 years old.
19. Consult and collaborate with other agencies in the assessment and treatment of complex cases.
20. Meet and consult with other members of the team and members of the Children's Health Services, which includes Community Paediatricians.
21. Plan and co-ordinate mental health services for children, adolescents and families where appropriate.
22. Prepare professional assessments and report on those children or young people known to you.
23. Participate in medical audit and evaluation.
