Experienced Administrator required to join a leading FM company in the Hamilton area. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be experienced in data entry, preparing reports and updating systems.

Administrator's Responsibilities:
* Checking the company’s internal systems to ensure that all quote requests have been captured and added to the Database.
* Producing a spreadsheet of Outstanding Quotes that require to be done (Based on information contained within Database).
* Producing report on quotes that have been submitted but not yet accepted.
* Assist with the preparation of quotes when required.
* Raise jobs on internal system and allocating to inhouse engineers/ sub-contractor.
* Review and update client portals with the status of outstanding quotes & orders.
Administrator's Requirements:
* Good Communication Skills. (The role requires the individual to liaise with. various levels of management both internally and client based).
* Computer skills (Excellent data entry, be able to prepare reports, update systems, etc).
* Good Organisational Skills.
* Be flexible in their approach to work.
