Job Description
The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Engage with existing and potential customers over the phone
2. Upselling and developing business
3. Exceeding high volume sales goals while working in a team environment
4. Identify customer needs to offer the best solutions
5. Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the company's services
6. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
7. Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism
8. Handle customer complaints and queries effectively
9. Record customer information accurately in the database
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
11. Book outbound sales meetings
12. Prospect 100 new businesses per week
13. Track independent forecast and sales margins
14. Account for lead generation responsibilities
15. Verbally establish quick rapport
