We make health happen – the role: We’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and multi-skilled Senior Brand and Content Manager to join our Marketing Strategy, Planning and Communications Team at Bupa Global. The role sits within the wider Product and Marketing Team, You’ll play a key role in helping to create and launch a new and compelling Bupa Global story and external market positioning, consistent messaging framework and always on content and communications plan for all external customers and prospects across all regions we operate within. How you’ll help us make health happen - accountabilities Strategic brand plans and campaign activation – Working collaboratively with the Head of Marketing Strategy and Regional Marketing teams to leverage customer insights to inform and develop strategic brand plans and the activation of relevant brand campaigns to enhance the customer experience, drive revenue and increase customer retention and loyalty Content strategy and creation - Responsible for developing a new global content and communications strategy and delivery of consistent messaging across a range of touch points including social, website, email, and other marketing channels relevant for all customer segments and regions in which we operate. The content must align with brand strategy and value proposition pillars to raise awareness of our expertise and International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) proposition - driving customer consideration, engagement, purchase and renewal. Brand Guardian – Uphold and champion the Bupa Global brand voice and values, ensuring consistency of content across all channels (website, social medial, email, digital ads and customer events) and customer segments (Individual, B2B decision makers, brokers and partners) in line with brand guidelines. CRM strategy and targeted campaign creation - Plays a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies and targeted campaigns and communications across to the customer journey to support the wider brand strategy, whilst driving customer lifetime value. Strategic Agency Management - Work collaboratively with strategic agencies to set the brand and global content strategy, refine project briefs and translate challenges into compelling content solutions. Performance and measurement – Work within house studio and external creative agencies to set, measure and report on content performance and KPIs in line with marketing strategy. Innovate and Inspire – Stay on top of latest content marketing trends and bring new ideas to test and learn. Inspire the internal Studio team and wider teams across Marketing with best-in-class learnings across different content objectives – from hard-working performance content to social content that drives cultural relevance and cut-through. Leadership and Team Management – Lead, inspire and manage a diverse team of four people including a Brand Executive, CRM Manager, and Digital Content Creators to support the development and roll out of a new global content strategy and creation of consistent assets and messaging across all touch points. Key skills needed - you: Extensive Brand experience, ideally working with global regions and B2B customers. Proven analytical and numerical skills with the ability to assimilate and analyse information and data from a variety of sources and use this to plan effectively to ensure objectives are met. Exceptional experience of successfully influencing decisions with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels Proven successful experience of constructing, managing and tracking spend across multi-million-pound budgets Skilled at recognising the need for and initiating people and process change, ensuring strong collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation and delivery. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the drive and commitment to build, lead and inspire a high calibre, motivated team. Highly effective relationship management with experience of liaising with external partners, third party suppliers, strategic creative and advertising agencies, key decision makers and internal stakeholder relationships.
