The Challenge:
In this role you will play a pivotal part in converting strategy to action across a range of key brand activity streams covering everything from involvement in innovation through to delivering great execution of retailer media in store and beyond. You will work cross functionally with key teams within the business to deliver business objectives that drive strong double digit growth with a degree of autonomy and ownership not available in many larger businesses.
Job Purpose:
Implementation and tracking of key UK & EU brand projects, retailer media initiatives and digital campaigns to ensure delivery on time, in full and measured against agreed targets/ benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
* Planning, development and implementation of retailer activations (Online & Offline) in UK key accounts to support the Commercial promotional program and deliver maximum visibility in store and drive reach/frequency to support conversion to purchase.
* Retailer activation tracking and reporting aided by Roamler where appropriate to ensure Retailer Media is implemented in full and evaluated against objectives set.
* Paid marketing on e-tail to drive brand visibility online and build Veetee household penetration in key accounts.
* Implementation of PR initiatives including the Fitness Community Project.
* Support the Head of Marketing with the Digital agenda (Paid Social/Influencer campaigns) for the UK and EU.
* Amazon management of UK online store + development of a roll out plan to key EU markets.
* Support the development and launch of 2 new product ranges covering multiple categories. Responsibilities will include project management, development of launch presentations/materials, working along the Head of Marketing and the Commercial Team on launch plans.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties and ad-hoc projects associated with the role as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
* Previous experience in digital marketing, brand management, or a similar role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
* Exposure to trade marketing with 1 or more of the major UK retailers and previous experience of social media campaigns would be desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Excellent IT skills including the use of Microsoft 365 suite.

Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch) - Office based
