Job Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist all customers entering the park.
2. Engage and interact with the customers ensuring they have an awesome experience.
3. Explain the rules for each station and answer any questions our customers may have.
4. Follow scheduled cleaning procedures and clean ‘on the go’ ensuring the park’s standards are at the highest level.
5. Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
6. Monitor, clean and organize the locker room, café seating areas and safety equipment.
7. Report any problems with equipment to the management immediately.
8. Ensure that the first aid kits are fully stocked.
9. Report all incidents and injuries immediately to management.
10. Undertake any other duties as deemed necessary to assist in the day-to-day running of the park.
Skills, Personal Attributes and Experience Required:
1. An outgoing personality, can-do attitude and awesome customer service skills.
2. Ability to think quickly, react to and handle situations calmly and responsibly.
3. A first aid qualification is desirable but full training can be arranged.
