Roles & Requirements:
1. Squad Supervisor: Must hold SSSTS.
2. Machine Operator: Must have Wheeled 360 and 4XC ticket.
3. 2nd Operator: Supporting role.
Required Tickets:
1. Dumper
2. Roller
3. Confined Space
