This is a permanent role based on 37.5 hours per week over a 4 or 5 days, covering various day shifts Monday - Sunday.
Salary
This position is fulltime,youll receive an annual salary up to £44,000.00per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
AsaMental Health Nurse, your responsibilities will vary. You will
* Work within a multi-disciplinary team carrying out comprehensive assessments, initiating and reviewing care plans, and developing treatment options
* Undertake medication rounds, and assess and treat patients who may have undergone traumatic experiences and may be distressed
* Assess patients health needs using an evidence based framework and be able to risk assess use sound clinical knowledge
* Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients
* Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference.
* Inspire excellence by forging strong links with our partners and stakeholders
* Promote best practice, clinical supervision, evidence based care a
* Share knowledge, skills and expertise to ensure safe care, building strong multi-disciplinary teams and supporting each other

Qualifications required
* Current NMC registration
* Evidence of Continued Professional Development
* Working with patients, face to face, who have complex mental health conditions
* Experience of psychosocial interventions, group work and awareness of substance misuse
* Sound clinical knowledge and assessment skills including risk assessment
