In this role you will add value to PXP by: You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at fostering strong relationships with our partners and maximizing mutual growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with business goals and establish PXP as the preferred partner in payments innovation. A typical week as a Partner Marketing Manager might involve: Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns that drive partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. Create co-branded materials, case studies, and content that highlight partner success stories and shared value propositions. Collaborate with sales, product, and growth teams to ensure alignment between partner marketing strategies and overall company objectives. Establish metrics and track the success of partner marketing initiatives to optimize future campaigns. Organize joint events, webinars, and other marketing activities to showcase partner collaboration and innovation. Manage marketing budgets for partner initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources. We are looking for someone who: Proven experience in marketing, partner programs, or channel marketing, preferably within a dynamic, high-growth environment. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to effectively drive collaboration. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and campaign execution. Familiarity with payments, fintech, or technology industries is a strong advantage. Experience managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. We would love someone to have any of the following: Experience in scaling partner programs in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of or experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot). Additional language skills to support our global partners. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
