The role of Property Inspector is a new role made available within the team, due to the continued growth of the company.
The successful applicant will be out & about, carrying out Property inspections, Moving outs, property viewings, Inventories etc.
Having excellent Time Management and being ‘on the ball’ will serve you well along with great organizational skills and an ‘eye for detail’..
· Travel to all cities within the service locations as and when required. (Scottish Cities)
The Property Inspector will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager with ensuring that all properties are both compliant and well-maintained to the acceptable and high standards expected.
Ideally the successful candidate will have approx. 2 years’ experience within the Private Residential Letting Sector. (Or have some clear understanding of the Residential Letting/Property Management industry and a genuine eagerness to learn and move forward.)
The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and take great pride in their work.
Full clean Driving Licence is essential

The role will evolve and adapt along with the growth and success of the business, and the successful applicant would be expected to be flexible in both job role and duties.
The Role
· Ensure routine inspections are carried out at all properties within the portfolio, in conjunction with company set time schedule.
· Attend and document Inventories & Move Out inspections, as and when required.
· Travel to all cities within the service locations as and when required.
· Provide highest level of customer service, in line with Company standards, to all customers, including Investors, Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.
· Liaise with applicable councils to schedule required inspections to help protect HMO license conditions.
· As dictated in busy periods, assist team in conducting viewings with prospective tenants for new Property Lets.
· Prompt and efficient communication to all customers at all times, whilst ensuring all system requirements are up to date and accurate.
