About Us: Our small animal practice has recently undergone a rapid expansion, thanks to the relocation and extension of our state-of-the-art facilities. Our new, purpose-built practice spans two floors and offers 4.5k square feet of advanced veterinary care. We offer: On-site CT scanner Rehabilitation centre with hydrotherapy and physiotherapy Dental radiography suite Seven consult rooms Two theatres Advanced diagnostic imaging and ultrasound scanning Internal laboratory Gold-standard hospital wards Our aim is to provide top-notch care to our patients while recognising and nurturing the skills of every team member. We handle a diverse caseload, keeping most procedures in-house, with referrals for complex cases only when necessary. Our team currently includes: 4 Vets 6 RVNs 2 Veterinary Care Assistants 6 Client Care Advisors Your Role: You’ll have the flexibility to shape your role according to your interests and strengths. Whether you prefer a general practitioner role, a focus on advanced surgeries, or a consult-only position, we’re open to creating a position that aligns with your aspirations. Daily duties may include: Consults, surgeries, dentals, and case management (including CT investigations) Ensuring high standards of clinical care Supporting and developing team members Providing excellent client care across the patient journey About You: RCVS registered with a minimum of 2 years' UK experience A team player who works collaboratively in practice Strong communication skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care What We Offer: Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience Fully funded RCVS, VDS, and subscriptions Generous CPD allowance and support for additional certificates Private healthcare, pension, and 28 days of holiday (including bank holidays) Flexible working hours tailored to your needs No Sundays, no Bank Holidays, and no out-of-hours duties Saturdays on a 1 in 4 rota basis Bespoke package for certificate holders Our practice operates Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 7 pm, with Saturdays from 9 am until 12 noon.
