Chief Executive, Early Years Scotland
Location: Glasgow – Hybrid
Salary – £55,000 to £60,000

As our CEO, reporting directly to the Board you will be proactive and passionate about supporting the team in all they do; the support they give, the programmes they deliver, the innovations they imagine and the passion they have for making a difference every day. Your experience in early years will stand you in great stead for taking the organisation into its next iteration and beyond. With a vision for what early learning and childcare does for children, families and communities, your passion will drive and influence at policy and agenda setting levels.
In this role you will be responsible for empowering an experienced team, for further developing the organisation and for ensuring our diversification in income streams continues. A key aspect of the role is building on what has gone before whilst bringing a new strategy to life. You will be an exemplary networker with the ability to develop partnerships and to recognise mutually beneficial opportunities.
