Job Purpose and Primary Objectives:
1. Managing Domain and Active Directory Services
2. Creating Design/PDD/TAD for Enterprise Architecture Solution

5. Hands-on experience in managing core infrastructure like VMware, Active Directory, McAfee, Symantec, DNS, WINS
6. Expertise in Entra ID B2B and B2C collaboration
7. Managing large O365 transformational programs, hybrid configuration, and Identity and Access Management
8. Collaborating with customers to understand business/technical requirements and designing domain merger solutions
9. Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA for project delivery
10. End-to-end ownership of architecture, including on-premises and cloud solutions
11. Thorough knowledge of the O365 stack and use cases
12. Ownership of technical challenge resolution across on-prem, Cloud, and O365 streams
13. Deep understanding and working experience of Azure and Cloud technologies
14. Creating PowerShell/VB scripts to automate tasks
15. Conducting environment health checks and gap analysis
16. Availability for shift work and on-call (ROTA)
17. Handling severity incidents
18. Ensuring quality of technical deliverables
19. Contributing to design documentation
20. Strong negotiation and communication skills
21. Working with infrastructure architects and support teams to design and implement solutions
22. Executing design and project delivery independently
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize expert-level knowledge of Microsoft architecture, M365, and EUC architecture
2. Provide best practice recommendations for M365 core services
3. Technical expertise in Office 365, Microsoft Core Infrastructure, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure Identity, AD Connect, ADFS, Security & Compliance, DLP, Azure Information & Threat Protection, Intune, Microsoft Managed Desktops
4. Apply Microsoft enterprise services frameworks and practices
5. Strong on-premises and cloud integration skills
6. Experience with Agile lifecycle methodology
7. Core solution design experience for O365 and Azure
8. Strong communication and customer engagement skills for domain merger and identity management solutions
9. Hands-on migration of Exchange on-premises to O365 Azure-hosted solutions
10. Configure monitoring tools and resolve issues proactively
11. Create technical FAQs and documentation
12. Architect large-scale infrastructure and Azure cloud solutions
13. Experience with latest Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, Defender, Intune/Autopilot, Azure Virtual Desktop, PAM
14. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure design and operations
15. Develop HLDs and LLDs
16. Manage OS across platforms (Windows 10, Android, iOS, macOS) and management tools
17. Lead workshops, decision meetings, and executive briefings
18. Manage infrastructure tools like VMware, Active Directory, McAfee, Symantec, DNS, WINS
19. Expertise in hybrid cloud architecture and compliance
20. Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019
21. Provide best practice guidance throughout project lifecycles
22. Lead major incidents and perform root cause analysis

10. Experience with AD 2008+, Group Policy, SCCM, PowerShell, BitLocker, TPM, MDT
11. Experience in full deployment lifecycle and T-minus/go-no-go checklist management
