Job Responsibilities
1. Care for the same client’s week in, week out.
2. Minimum of 1-hour visits every time.
3. Same consistent working times, every single week. No waiting for a rota!
4. No experience needed, full training provided.
5. Flexible hours based on your availability.
Compensation and Benefits
1. Starting rate of £13.00ph, ranging up to £20.00ph.
2. Holiday pay.
3. Bonus payment for your CAREGiver training and DBS reimbursement after completion of the Care Certificate.
4. £100 Employee Referral Scheme.
5. Paid Mileage: 45p per mile Taking Clients places; 25p per mile in between client visits.
6. Paid Holiday leave based on 28 days per annum.
7. Pension – Auto Enrolment / Company Contribution to 3%.

9. Ongoing paid Training, Learning & Development as well as a large choice of self-advancement, portfolio of voluntary courses and learning available.
10. Full PPE provision.
Minimum Requirements
Please Note: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is essential for all Home Instead Cleveland roles.
