The Organisation: Our client is a newly established independent fostering agency in Birmingham, driven by a personal commitment to provide culturally sensitive and high-quality care for children in need. The Role: As Registered Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing the agency, securing Ofsted registration, and ensuring the highest standards of care. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing policies, building a strong team, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the Ofsted registration process and ensure ongoing compliance. Develop and implement robust policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems. Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing support of foster carers. Cultivate strong relationships with local authorities and other partners. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Collaborate closely with the Responsible Individual throughout the agency's development. Contribute to marketing and recruitment strategies to expand the agency's reach. Monitor financial performance and participate in business planning.
