Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Description: To work as an Occupational Therapist within our therapy team, providing support to students with Autistic Spectrum Condition and a range of associated conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored therapy programmes to meet the individual needs of students
• Work closely with other Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals to provide support to students
• Contribute to the development of therapy services and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes
• Use evidence-based practice and innovative approaches to promote student success
Requirements:
• Registered and qualified Occupational Therapist (BSc Occupational Therapy or profession-specific equivalent)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents/carers
• Experience of working with individuals with complex needs preferred
