Job Description:
1. Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism.
2. Complete general administration tasks.
3. Reply to emails.
4. Welcome and greet customers.
5. Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints effectively.
6. Maintain records of customer interactions and manage the CRM database.
What You'll Bring:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
4. Familiarity with basic computer systems and customer service software.
