We are now looking for Managing Psychologists to join our dedicated team and help us to continue to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. The Role As a Managing Psychologist at Pearn Kandola, you will lead the design and delivery of our client solutions. Key responsibilities include: · Leading the delivery of client projects across our area of expertise. · Winning new client engagement through business development activities. · Being a people manager for some of our Psychologists and Principal Psychologists. Person specification: As a Managing Psychologist, you will need a strong background in psychology, diversity and inclusion, ideally with experience in corporate and professional service environments. To be considered, you will need: · A significant depth of knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of at least two of our areas of expertise. · A strong interest in diversity and inclusion. · An appetite for business development. · Experience of working with senior leadership levels. · Good commercial insight, gained through working with a range of different organisations. · Strong communication and presentation skills, with plenty of experience of presenting to large groups. · The willingness to travel nationally and internationally. · Chartered status, or equivalent level of professional qualification, or be actively working towards achieving recognised status. · BPS Occupational Test User qualification in Personality and Ability. You will also be able to demonstrate experience in: · Successfully managing client relationships. · Designing and delivering innovative interventions in diversity and inclusion · Successfully managing a range of client accounts to demanding timescales and professional standards. · Business development activity, including preparing proposals and attending pitches.
