Are you a Digital Marketing Executive proficient in all aspects of social media: creating briefs for different audiences, content, scheduling posts, blogging, and working with influencers? 1. Strategic Social Media Management: Ability to plan and manage organic social media calendars effectively.
2. Content Creation: Comfortable creating and curating engaging content, including copy, graphics, and video.
3. Paid Social Advertising: Experience running and optimising paid campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
4. Copywriting: Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging.
5. Campaign Reporting & Analysis: Ability to track performance, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
6. Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Comfortable working with growing brands with varying budgets.
7. Digital Marketing Tools: Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
8. Budget & Spend Tracking: Ability to manage and report on campaign budgets effectively.
9. Stakeholder Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
10. Competitor & Market Research: Ability to assess trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
