Site Manager

£50,000 to 55,000 Basic Salary Plus car and Bens
Our client is looking an experienced site manger to ensure safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements are met through planning, organising and control of the installation process to ensure all jobs are installed efficiently, on time, within budget and in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Standards procedures.
Responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team of employed and subcontractor staff by building working relationships, implementing training programmes & regular appraisals and ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. Highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.
Experience:
1. Relevant degree or management qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Valid SMSTS certification or prepared to fund & gain SMSTS certification.
3. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Contracts / installation Manager role or equivalent.
4. Minimum 2 years’ experience managing people.
5. Proven track record of managing and delivering within a highly pressured, time critical environment.
6. Proven track record working within varied and sizeable building contractors.
7. Experience of working within agreed targets, KPI’s, and deadlines.
