We have a new opportunity for a Project Estimator to join a Leading Construction and Landscaping company who specialise in the creation of inspired play spaces.
My client is passionate about enhancing environments in which people live, work and play and create safe, inspiring, and high-quality play environments for communities, schools, and local authorities.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and play a vital role in ensuring success in delivering outstanding large-scale recreational projects.
Key Duties
1. Estimating & Pricing: Accurately estimate costs for projects ranging from £50,000 to £500,000, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.
2. Bid Management: Develop and submit high-quality bids, with a focus on local authority tenders and recreational space projects.
3. Client Interaction: Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure projects are effectively scoped and delivered.
