We are looking for a bright, commercially-minded, and technically skilled lawyer with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience to join the expanding legal team of a dynamic and fast-growing telecoms infrastructure company with employees across Europe. Providing an essential service to this business, you will drive forward the mission to improve connectivity throughout the UK. You will be part of a flourishing in-house legal team and be responsible for reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and other legal documents, assisting with corporate transactions, compliance, data protection and disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior/mid-level lawyer, either from private practice looking for their first in-house move, or someone already in-house seeking a new challenge in a high-growth environment. The role will involve: Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and other legal documents, including supplier/vendor agreements, customer contracts, licensing agreements, services contracts, DaaS contracts, NDAs and tender documents Assisting with long-term infrastructure contracts. Assisting with M&A activity and post-completion implementation, including dealing with due diligence requirements; analysing and briefing the Executive Team and driving projects to completion. Maintaining knowledge of relevant legislation and regulation as it applies to the organization and to contracts with third parties, including data protection, security and compliance issues, Assisting with day to day company secretarial work. Implementing internal corporate restructuring/ group simplification projects. Providing advice to commercial teams on public and private bids for new business. Collaborating with senior management in relation to dispute resolution, devising efficient strategies to manage stakeholder relationships. Proactively understanding and keeping up to date with market trends; relevant technology; growth opportunities; and competition environment. Building effective working relationships across the organization, both in UK and across Europe. Instructing and managing external counsel Essential Requirements: A UK qualified lawyer with 3-8 years PQE in Commercial Law or Corporate Law gained either in house or in private practice Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to translate and communicate complex concepts to non-lawyers Some regulatory & corporate governance experience An interest in the telecoms sector Collaborative mindset On offer is a fantastic corporate culture, that is friendly and supportive, as well as good career progression.
