CRM Manager - £65K - Hybrid (London/Surrey)

This role offers a competitive salary of £65,000 and the chance to make a significant impact on the business's growth and customer engagement strategies. To be considered for this role it is essential that you have hands on experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
About the Role:
As the CRM Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies and lead nurture initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing customer relationships, improving lead conversions, and driving business growth through data insights and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM Strategy Development: Craft and implement CRM strategies aligned with company objectives, managing customer contact strategies across the lifecycle.
* CRM Software Management: Oversee the continuous implementation and optimization of CRM software (Salesforce/Pardot), ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights, develop dashboards, and improve personalized marketing campaigns.
* Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Design targeted marketing campaigns based on customer demographics, behavior, and preferences.
* CRM Automation: Streamline email and printed CRM processes, implement automated CRM journeys, and collaborate with teams to develop engaging templates.
* Customer Journey Mapping: Map and analyze the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels.
* Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Customer Support to align CRM strategies with business goals.
* Compliance and Data Security: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement best practices for data security.
What We’re Looking For:
* Over five years of experience in developing and managing CRM and lead nurture programs.
* MUST HAVE: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pardot) and data analytics tools (GA4, PowerBi).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate at all levels.
* A strategic thinker capable of developing concepts, strategies, and plans from high-level briefings.
* Passionate about driving and delivering customer service excellence.
