Part time Speech and Language Therapist, Dysfluency, Band 6 - 7
We are looking for a 0.4 WTE Speech and Language Therapist for Dysfluency to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Speech and Language Therapy service here in beautiful North Wales. This role will involve working with both children and adults who have a stammer, developing and refining our service for this client group as you continue to hone your knowledge, skills, and experience.
Main duties of the job
Based on your experience, we will support you to progress in this role with our band 6-7 competency framework. Previous experience of working with either children or adults who have a stammer is necessary. You must want to be part of a friendly team, thrive off providing a great service, and enjoy MDT working. The department offers a wide range of opportunities for CPD and is committed to providing excellent levels of support and clinical supervision including supervision sessions and in-service training days. You will be actively involved in service development initiatives.

Essential
* Recognised qualification degree/equivalent in S<, HCPC registered, Postgraduate study relevant to clinical area at Masters level or equivalent demonstrable experience at this level. Able to demonstrate continuing professional development e.g. up to date, relevant CPD portfolio. Clinical supervisory experience.
Desirable
* Membership of appropriate clinical network group.
* Other professional or academic qualification which relates to clinical practice.
* Accredited Practice Placement Educator Certificate.
Skills
Essential
* Significant experience clinically in area of specialism.
* Experience of clinical leadership.
* Experience of delivering clinical education in area of specialty.
