About The Role
allpay Limited is a leading UK Fintech company, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients. Due to continued growth, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated Client Development Managers to join our team. Both permanent and fixed term opportunities available.
Within this role you will be:
1. Responsible for overseeing a substantial client portfolio, devising and executing strategies to drive growth and enhance retention. Your primary objectives will include nurturing relationships, meeting customer needs, and ensuring satisfaction through effective management and support.
2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business expansion within existing client accounts.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to craft engaging campaigns that foster customer engagement and retention.
4. Analyse customer data to uncover valuable insights driving informed business decisions.
5. Provide regular updates on customer activity, trends, and feedback to senior management.
6. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and service delivery.
7. Manage client expectations and uphold company commitments to ensure client satisfaction.
About You

7. Be curious and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities.
8. Experience with CRM systems and customer analytics tools.
