An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to join the Lung Cancer Nurse Specialist team at Southmead Hospital, North Bristol NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will work as part of our multi-disciplinary team ensuring the delivery of specialist information, advice and support to a consistently high quality.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated nurse with excellent organisation and communication skills. It would be essential for the successful candidate to have knowledge and experience of lung cancer.
You would be joining a pro active and forward thinking team that prides itself on its ability to deliver individualised compassionate care for patients and relatives and also for its own team.
The team undertake nurse led clinics including a nurse led thoracic surgical follow up clinic, this model is being adopted throughout lung cancer nursing teams in the South West.
