Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
* Collaborate with teachers to adapt lessons and ensure inclusive access to the curriculum.
* Implement and monitor EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) to track student progress.
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies to provide well-rounded support.
* Deliver targeted interventions to help students overcome learning barriers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
* Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and inclusive learning practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
* A relevant qualification in education or SEN (e.g., Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant, PGCE, or similar).
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt quickly to different situations.
