About you:
You will have at least three years of experience of working at a strategic level on corporate issues in local government and be able to analyse complex issues and prepare reports and briefings for the Strategic Management Board, Councillors and stakeholders.
You will possess knowledge of the issues facing local government and have outstanding communication skills.
About the role:
You will provide policy and research support to the Leader of the Council, the Chief Executive and the wider organisation as required.
About the team:
You will be a member of the Executive Office.
This team provides support to the Chief Executive and Leader, providing excellent corporate and operational support that ensures the council achieves its ambitious targets.
The team also acts as a key partner across the organisation leading and supporting on numerous high profile and important partnerships, projects and programmes
Interviews will be scheduled during the week commencing 13th January 2025.
