The Global MBA has been delivered transnationally since 1992 through the network of UoM international centres. The MBA Assistant Director role has a primary focus of developing the student experience through the entire student journey. This means collaborating closely with a number of MBA programme teams to undertake activities such as: supporting programme marketing, interviewing prospective programme candidates, organising key programme activities such as induction and study tour, managing student complaints and concerns, ensuring appropriate wellbeing support, building student relationships and engaging with student feedback, input into academic programme developments, and supporting alumni engagement. In terms of delivering this experience, the MBA Assistant Director will work closely with the Full-time MBA Programme Director. The role holder will also play an important role as a member of the Operations management team, and along with the Global MBA Assistant MBA Director will manage the student services team, having direct responsibility for the Student Experience & Communications team. Applicants should possess a first degree (or relevant professional qualification) and/or significant experience of working in a senior programme administration role, within a Higher Education Institution. Applicants should also have experience of working in a customer focused environment and delivering exceptional customer service.
