We are looking for a remote sales manager to join us for up to 12 months. The successful sales manager will work with our Cyber Division sales team to identify new and existing customers, develop opportunities and manage accounts. This is a remote role and has the potential to turn into a permanent role once the initial contract period is complete. You will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers, through telephone and email contact. Managing and growing an account portfolio. Prospecting to win new business. Working with your clients to identify opportunities for IT governance, follow through to closure. Registering opportunities. Registering leads, following up leads, organising scoping calls with consultants where necessary. Providing supporting information to clients, e.g., quotations; competitive positioning; offers and promotions. Prompting response to enquiries and quotation requests, ensuring a satisfactory resolution in all cases. Maintaining of customer data on Sales Force.com. Qualifying opportunities in accordance with agreed criteria. Having commercial awareness and price consciousness. Personal forecasting and pipeline management Providing input into annual sales budgets Supporting competitor and customer analysis projects. Providing customer and industry feedback to support the divisional sales strategy. Any other ad hoc tasks required by The Sales Director. To be successful in the role, you will need: Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably in a senior sales role. To be able to articulate the benefits of products to clients and is fully conversant with professional sales techniques. A highly driven individual, possessing initiative and a willingness to go that extra mile, goal oriented with a sense of urgency. Be bottom-line oriented, budget-conscious and metric/measurement driven, as well as having a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. To be able to adopt a disciplined and organised approach in regard to CRM pipeline management and sales opportunity answers. Knowledge of the cyber security market. Experience using a CRM system (preferably Salesforce). Experience using cadences (preferably Salesloft). You should also have: An understanding of the sales process, new business sales experience (not essential). The ability to qualify opportunities in accordance with agreed criteria.
