Change Manager
Liverpool (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
£50,000 - £60,000
Change is exciting—but it’s not always easy. That’s why we’re looking for someone who thrives on taking the complex and turning it into clarity.
We’re proud to be exclusively partnered with an organisation that’s not just embracing change—it’s driving it to make a real difference for good causes across the UK.
As a Change Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring people, processes, and technology come together seamlessly. You’ll create strategies that empower teams to adapt, thrive, and deliver meaningful results.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Shaping Change Strategy:
* Develop tailored change strategies that align with project objectives and organisational culture.
* Conduct impact analyses to understand how changes affect people, processes, and systems.
* Identify risks and create action plans to manage them effectively.
Engaging Stakeholders:
* Collaborate with project leaders, senior executives, and stakeholders to align on goals.
* Craft and deliver communication plans to keep everyone informed and engaged.
* Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions that inspire buy-in.
Driving Training and Development:
* Assess training needs and create programs to build the skills needed for change.
* Partner with learning teams to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
* Measure the effectiveness of training and refine programs where needed.
Leading Implementation:
* Create and manage action plans with clear timelines and milestones.
* Track progress and use KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives.
* Address challenges, overcome resistance, and ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.
Championing Continuous Improvement:
* Collect feedback to refine change management practices and share lessons learned.
* Bring fresh ideas to the table, ensuring future initiatives are even more effective.
What We’re Looking For:
The Essentials:
* Proven experience (3–5 years) leading multiple initiatives, ideally in a change and transformation capacity
* Exceptional communication skills to engage diverse teams and manage expectations; the ability to influence and inspire without direct authority
* Strong analytical abilities to assess risks, impacts, and performance metrics.
* A proactive mindset and creative approach to problem-solving.
The Bonus Points:
* Real-world experience is key but certifications like Prosci, APMG, or CIPD in Organisational Change would be good to see also
* A track record of success in SMEs or resource-constrained environments.
What’s on Offer?
* Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000
* Free parking and hybrid working arrangements (2 days in Liverpool).
* A workplace that values innovation and professional development, including certification support.
