The Project Officer role covers a wide range of topics requiring an individual who can work independently and proactively whilst showing initiative. A can-do attitude is a prerequisite to meeting the tasks.
Key Responsibilities (training will be given)
1. Supporting the Digital Transformation Project.
2. Maintaining and acting as the guardian of policies and trademarks.
3. Invoice processing & reconciliation.
4. Updating the HR system.
5. Maintaining the training database.
6. Analysing and managing phone, laptop & office contracts.
7. Managing contact database.
Experience & Skills
Confident in using Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
The person we are looking for needs to be:

* A team player and keen to learn
* Educated to A level standard
* Able to obtain a clear DBS check
* Keen to develop their career
