5. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to clarify project requirements.
6. Propose value engineering options to optimise project costs.
7. Prepare and submit competitive bids and proposals to clients.
8. Conduct cost analysis to compare estimated costs with actual project expenses.
9. Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project documents.
