We're looking for our general managers to:
* Hire and keep the best people
* Ideally has an AA rosette background
* Coach, develop and mentor their team to success
* Drive standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
* Deliver on your forecasts and budgets
* Maximise revenue by driving volume
* Deliver on the pub's controllables
In this role we need someone with:
* Previous experience at management level in a premium hospitality business
* Excellent food & drink knowledge
* Good understanding of the importance of financial targets and how we can achieve them
* Familiarity with sales and marketing plans
* Competent and organised in handling bedroom and function enquiries and bookings
* A driving license and vehicle is essential for this role
