Multi trade operative

Location: Leicester
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 4:30pm)
Due to increased demand, an exciting opportunity has opened up with a large, award-winning company. R9 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join the team on a permanent basis.

Duties:
▪️ Renews and repairs work (Doors, skirtings, UPVC Window frames, ceiling and floor joists, stairs and studding)
▪️ Capable of complete works in other trades (Patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor plumbing activities)
▪️Competent in all aspects of the Joiner and/or Plumbing trade discipline.
What We Need from You:
🔧 5+ years’ experience in Social Housing Multi-Trade work
🔧 NVQ or time served experience
🔧 UK Manual Driving Licence
🔧 Valid Right to Work in the UK
