Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team in Belfast. The Salary is between £30,000 - £35,000 working M-F 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:
Plumbing repairs and installations
Carpentry work
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
General maintenance and repairs as required
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
City & Guilds or similar in Joinery/Carpentry
Previous FM/Commercial experience
Full driving license is required
IPAF Trained
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Customer-focused approach
