Customer Service Administrator
Location: Burnley
Salary: £27,500 per annum plus bonus

Main duties:
1. Working within the Export department, you will provide outstanding customer service to clients within a designated region.
2. Respond to customer enquiries ensuring any issues are resolved.
3. Ensure sales orders are prepared and dispatched.
4. Monitor outstanding orders involving stock management.
5. Support internal teams as required.
6. Ensure you are well informed of the full product portfolio including production and installation.
7. Ensure customer information is recorded accurately.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Customer service experience.
2. Additional language beneficial but not a requirement.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Organised with the ability to multitask.
5. IT literate.
