About the Role: You will play a vital role in helping children aged 3-5 years develop the foundations they need for lifelong learning. This includes supporting their social, emotional, and cognitive development in a creative and engaging environment. You will:
* Encourage Learning Through Play: Use fun, interactive activities to foster curiosity, creativity, and key developmental milestones.
* Provide Individualized Support: Assist children with varying needs, including those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, ADHD, or additional learning needs.
* Foster Positive Relationships: Build trusting connections with young learners to support their confidence and emotional wellbeing.
* Support Classroom Activities: Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored educational experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one and small group support to children who need additional guidance.

What We’re Looking For:
* Passion for Early Childhood Education: A genuine interest in working with young children and supporting their development.
