Join us as a Product Data and Content Assistant and you'll be a big part of this.
Role Purpose: The Product Data & Content Assistant supports the Digital data & content specialists in delivering web pages for our three websites. This individual is passionate about getting things right, has a keen attention to detail, and can manage time and prioritise tasks effectively. They will review data setup structure, review imagery, copy, and data that support our product types to ensure we can deliver and remain best in market for product content. This role works across the team to ensure we have resources in the right place based on demand and seasonal spikes.
Key responsibilities
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
* Support the Digital Data & Content team in executing their content strategy.
* Review and validate imagery, copy, and data supporting our product types, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Conduct quality assurance checks on content deliverables to ensure compliance with our standards.
* Collaborate with the team to prioritise supporting tasks based on demand and project activity.
* Maintain a persistent focus on customer needs, enhancing customer experience through high-quality content.
* Follow set process, principles, and guidelines to maintain a consistent onsite customer journey.
* Ensure that web pages are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality and relevance.
* Support resolution of systemic data discrepancies.
Key Business Relationships:
* Work closely with the Digital Data & Content team.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the Ecommerce function to support improvements in our website product content.

* Passionate about product data and getting things right for our customer.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritise tasks based on project demands and manage own time effectively.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Strong communication abilities.
* Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing tools is an advantage.
* Knowledge of task management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello) to track projects and tasks.
