Due to continuous growth our client are seeking a Property Accounts Administrator to join their team in their Manchester office. This opportunity as a Property Administrator will be ideal for someone who is looking to join a successful company who comes from a property background. This role offers 1 day to work from home. Responsibilities: Collaborate with property managers and agents to prepare and update service charge budgets Chase rent and service charge arrears Coordinate and organise meetings Communicate with tenants and contractors; instruct minor works as needed Raise purchase orders Manage MRI property management software, coordinating with external agents and internal teams for data input and export Collect and prepare reports Assist with general administrative tasks and office management Requirements: Experience working on a Property Management system such as TRAMPS, Horizon, Yardi, etc. Ideally MRI and/ or Proactis Property administration experience Ability to prioritise work load Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills Strong IT skills Problem solving skills If you are a Property Administrator or Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant with experience in Credit Control and Service Charge looking to join a forward-thinking real estate business apply today with the latest copy of your CV
