About the Team:
Our People Team is a key function at The Beauty Tech Group. We are a dedicated group of HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and IT Helpdesk professionals, working together to create a workplace where innovation, wellbeing, and career growth flourish, driving both individual success and company excellence.
About the Role:
In this role you’ll be responsible for leading and developing The Beauty Tech Group’s payroll function, bringing in best practice and process improvements, whilst adhering to continuously changing payroll legislation.
•Manage end-to-end payroll processes for the UK, US, and global contractors via the EOR platform.
•Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, tax filings, and reporting requirements.
•Administer pensions, benefits, and statutory payments across multiple regions.
•Work closely with finance, HR, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
•Handle payroll audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
•Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries, providing expert guidance.
Candidate Requirements:
•Proven experience in managing UK and US payrolls, with knowledge of other global payroll platforms.
•Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and benefits administration in both the UK and US.
•Experience managing pensions, benefits, and statutory filings.
•High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

1st stage – An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
