About the Role
The iCAMHS directorate sits within children's services in Nottingham City Council and comprises of 4 teams: Targeted CAMHS, MHST (Mental Health Support Team), HLM (Healthy Little Minds) and NPST (Neurodevelopmental Pathway). The post holder will provide programme management support to the iCAMHS directorate over the coming year with exciting growth and opportunity for change. We are determined to make iCAMHS a beacon of good practice for access to mental health services, and we believe that we are ideally positioned to create a comprehensive 0-18 service for the children of Nottingham City.
The iCAMHS project manager will lead on the development of service delivery and growth, governance arrangements, and coordinate services in the development of a comprehensive iCAMHS offer from 0-18. This will include contributing to the drive to increase our focus on partnership working both within and outside the iCAMHS directorate, participation, improving outcomes and support delivery of priorities over the coming year.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Knowledge of recognised project management tools (e.g. PRINCE2)
2. A proven record of managing change
3. Experience of planning, developing and managing programmes through to completion
4. Experience of using programme planning and management tools (e.g. PRINCE 2 or MSP)
5. Experience of working in a local authority would be an advantage
- This post is covered by the statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) (English Language Requirement for public sector workers) and therefore the ability to speak fluent English is an essential requirement for the role.
- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.
