We are looking for a senior solicitor to join the Chief Officer – Governance and the wider Governance Service to provide excellent democratic and legal services to support Stirling’s ambitions to deliver the best outcomes for our communities.
In developing and delivering responsive, customer focussed professional services, key responsibilities of this post include managing the Democratic team and a high-profile legal caseload, supporting our Councillors, and running elections.
You will be a highly effective communicator and team player, a strategic thinker, experienced solicitor and manager who will have consistently achieved. A commitment to customer-focused public services and experience of managing change is essential. Working with our partners and colleagues across the organisation, you will build and develop relationships to deliver improvements for the benefit of all our citizens.
