This full service events and comms agency works with well-known global brands, in a wide range of sectors, to deliver large scale events and experiences. From large scale congresses for thousands to standalone meetings for 500 delegates, with logistically complex elements they work worldwide in some fantastic destinations.
The role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an Event Project Coordinator to join their event operation team and be responsible for supporting the entire project from initial concept to on-site event delivery. This could include event registration, sending out delegate invites, supporting with supplier management, venue finding and on-site event support! The role will be hybrid with 3 days a week in their Surrey offices and 2 from home.
About you
With a Degree or relevant experience in events, you will be highly organised, have excellent administration and project management skills, and be keen to work on events on an international scale. Training and development will be provided and this is an amazing chance to propel your career in international events!
