What youll be doing
* Conducting Cyber Essentials Basicassessments for a range of clients ensuring compliance withrelevant criteria and guidelines
* Reviewing clientdocumentation and evidence engaging with clients to validateassessment requirements and preparing detailed assessment reports
* Providing clear andactionable feedback to clients including any necessary steps tomeet Cyber Essentials standards
* Collaborating with theCyber Assurance team to share best practices and insights improvingthe efficiency and consistency of assessments
Supporting clients through the CyberEssentials process answering queries and addressing challenges theyface in achieving compliance
On day one you willbring
* Previous experience in CyberEssentials assessments and a solid understanding of basiccybersecurity principles including controls for access managementfirewalls software updates and malware protection
* Experience working in cybersecurity ideallywithin an assurance auditing or assessment environment
* The ability to analyse technical documentationassess compliance with established standards and offer pragmaticclear guidance for improvement
* A meticulousapproach to documentation report writing and evidence review
* An ability to effectively convey cybersecurityconcepts and compliance requirements to clients with varying levelsof technical knowledge
* Must be a certifiedCyber Essentials Basic Assessor
