Hodge Hill College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our school for the role of Assistant Achievement Coordinator. This role ensures the support and development of our students' pastoral and academic progress. In close collaboration with the Achievement Coordinator, the successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring and enhancing pastoral strategies as well as managing the day-to-day leadership of a designated year group.
The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including offering guidance and support to students, monitoring and analysing attendance data, attainment, behaviour, and punctuality, and acting as a primary contact for parents. The Assistant Achievement Coordinator will also liaise with various school departments, external agencies, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to student welfare, and will be actively involved in the planning and execution of year group events, playing a vital part in fostering the school's dynamic community spirit.
This position is a term-time only appointment plus two weeks to ensure the required for school events such as parent evenings and trips are fulfilled.
