Office based HR Manager role, with a possibility of Hybrid working has come up in the Heathrow area. Our client is looking for someone to bring energy, drive, and a dynamic personality to grow the business.
As part of our People team, you will work closely with the business to implement and deliver operational and strategic objectives. You will use your experience, skills, and knowledge to make an impact in key areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and employee development. You will be KPI driven, with the ability to analyze data to best advise and guide the business, creating a proactive culture.
The right candidate will work closely with the Head of HR to support strategic projects and will thrive in working with a variety of key stakeholders.
In this role you will need to:
* Lead, develop, and manage an HR Generalist and HR Assistant to ensure outstanding service delivery.
* Quickly forge and maintain working relationships, build trust, and establish a highly influential approach.
* Oversee and focus on all recruitment and succession planning.
* Coach and support managers to advocate our values and behaviors.
* Support the business in the interpretation and application of employment legislation, HR policy, and case law.
* Manage challenging conversations and cases to best support our employees and the business.
* Develop and deliver coaching and training sessions to support and develop our teams.
Essential:
* At least 5 years' experience of managing complex employee relations cases.
* Experience in building relationships with stakeholders and communicating at all levels.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* A satisfactory basic level DBS check is required.
* Some travel to UK-based sites will be required within the duties of the role.
* Experience dealing with and seeing through employee relations.
* Must be hands-on.
* Experience of disciplinary processes and long-term sickness management.
